HOURS: M-F, 8-5
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Concurrent review
- Length of stay document
- Issue letters
- Review clinical
QUALIFICATIONS
- Highschool/GED or equivalent
- Valid and unrestricted LVN/LPN license
- 1 year experience in SNF
- Experience working in a post-acute setting
