Prep Cook
European Bakery is looking for a reliable and hardworking Prep Cook to join our kitchen team.
This position focuses on preparing sandwiches, salads, and other café menu items while maintaining high food quality and cleanliness. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in preparing fresh food.
Responsibilities include:
• Prepare sandwiches, salads, and other menu items according to recipes
• Prep vegetables, meats, sauces, and ingredients
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Restock ingredients throughout the day
• Work efficiently during busy lunch service
• Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties
• Communicate well with the front-of-house team
