Sales Associate

- Represent our clients in face-to-face interactions with potential customers in the local area
- Clearly explain and demonstrate the benefits of our clients products and services to help customers make informed decisions
- Provide personalized solutions by identifying customer needs through active listening and thoughtful questions
- Guide new customers through the product enrollment and onboarding process
- Answer product or service-related questions with professionalism and clarity
- Accurately track and report customer interactions, sales activity, and enrollment data
- Collaborate with other team members to execute community outreach and promotional initiatives
- At least 2 years of college coursework completed (in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred)
- Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required—we offer comprehensive training
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication, and presentation skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and interacting with diverse groups of people
- Able to stand for extended periods and travel daily to our office and local outreach sites
- Must be available to work full-time, in-person, and start immediately
