Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Manufacturing Tech II, III to join a thriving manufacturing team in Scotts Valley, California. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background and a commitment to quality and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure high-quality production output.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
• Monitor and adjust equipment settings to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to adhere to safety and quality protocols.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes.
• Document and report any issues or malfunctions to the maintenance team.
• Assist in training new team members on equipment operation and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in a technical or mechanical role.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment operation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or training preferred.

Required Work Hours

The position requires availability from Monday to Friday, adhering to a full-time schedule.

Additional Details

Salary: The pay range for this position is $25 to $34 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
