What You Will Be Doing:

● Assist in executing regional marketing programs to meet demand generation goals, including but not limited to field events, webinars, executive programs and trade-shows

● Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual events, including venue selection, vendor management, AV, shipping, and branded swag

● Help measure and analyze impact of programs on sales cycles; track and analyze campaign and event performance metrics (e.g., MQLs, pipeline influenced, ROI)

● Align closely with Sales and SDRs to promote attendance, generate leads, and drive follow-up activities post-event.

● Ability to understand key technology trends to coordinate presentation content with other program key stakeholders and ability to collaborate across all departments to generate event content and agendas

● Help monitor, report and communicate on the status of regional marketing events to marketing and sales team including leadership

● Contribute ideas and feedback to new content creation with a distributed marketing team

● Creative and able to think of new programs that can scale to many users

● Assist in managing overall budget and track inputs as necessary

What You Bring Along:

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field.

● Minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in field marketing, event management or related administrative experience.

● You have a ‘let's-do-this’ attitude and are excited to drive projects to completion

● Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

● Highly organized and an eye for detail. Things move quickly here but there are always notes, spreadsheets, and lists.

● Team player with ability to work independently and autonomously.

● Flexibility to adjust to the dynamic nature of a tech company.

● Strong organization skills.

● Team player with ability to work independently and autonomously.

● Proficiency with Splash, Salesforce, Tableau, Zoom applications, Allocadia, NetSuite, Google Suite

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of San Francisco, CA.

The pay range for this position is $20.37 - $20.37/hr.
