Schedule: Full-Time | Hybrid/On-site (Must be willing to travel up to 50 Miles)

We are seeking a strategic and passionate Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, shape people strategy, and drive a high-performance culture across our growing multi-site organization.
This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings strong business acumen, and is energized by partnering with leaders to develop talent, navigate change, and create an engaged workplace.
What You’ll Do
As an HR Business Partner, you will:
- Serve as a strategic advisor to leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, and talent development
- Translate business goals into people strategies that drive growth, engagement, and retention
- Lead and support employee relations matters including investigations, corrective actions, and conflict resolution
- Coach leaders on goal setting, performance feedback, and career development
- Partner on succession planning, leadership development, and bench-strength building
- Lead change management initiatives such as restructures, growth efforts, new leader onboarding, and team integrations
- Analyze people metrics (turnover, engagement, performance, promotions, exit trends) and provide data-driven recommendations
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Development, People Ops) to deliver best-in-class HR support
What You Bring
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of progressive HR experience (2+ years in an HRBP or strategic HR role)
- Strong expertise in employee relations, investigations, performance management, and change management
- Experience supporting leaders in multi-site, high-growth environments
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and influence across all levels of an organization
Preferred:
- Healthcare industry experience
- High emotional intelligence and cross-cultural competency
- Experience supporting multiple leaders with varying levels of experience
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
