Job Description:
This job is responsible for providing analytical product sales support. Key responsibilities include conducting product and market research, providing updates and reports on performance, and participating in the development of testing criteria for new products. Job expectations include driving collaboration between product, sales, and client relationship teams to package, market, and position leading solutions that address client challenges.

The Global Payments Solutions Sales Readiness and Effectiveness (SRE) team supports Sales and Product associates globally to grow client relationships and revenue through highly impactful engagements and enhanced performance. This role will have the opportunity to support various functions on the SRE team including sales readiness, sales performance and metrics and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports the management of client engagements and reviews, account management, complex deals, and/or emerging solution opportunities with clients to grow market share through deal support

  • Assists banking line partners in understanding treasury management, product risk, and ensuring applicable policies are applied through the sales cycle

  • Supports the strategy and tactical execution of segment initiatives across all major Lines of Business, driving collaboration between product, sales, and client relationship teams

  • Participates in the identification and development of responses to emerging product trends, competitive strategies, and market gaps

  • Provides updates and reports on sales performance, as well as following up with customers and business partners as needed

  • Drives collaboration between product, sales, and client relationship teams to package, market, and position leading solutions that address the challenges clients face and grow market share through client calling and deal support

  • Fosters ongoing customer service relationships and resolves client problems as needed

What you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the development and execution of global sales readiness programs

  • Managing ad-hoc projects and tracking weekly/monthly routines

  • Partnering across the SRE team to support operational excellence and performance metrics

  • Communicating with stakeholders across product, sales, and enablement teams

  • Driving clarity and alignment across initiatives and priorities

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales readiness or enablement

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel

  • Quick learner with strong organizational and interpersonal skills

  • Collaborative mindset with a problem-solving orientation

  • Ability to manage shifting priorities and tight deadlines
