We’re looking for a licensed Life, Accident & Health Insurance professional to join our growing team in Redlands, California. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of experience in employee benefits who thrives in a collaborative, mission-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Benefits Account Managers during peak periods and absences
• Handle client requests, changes, and update census data in quoting systems (Ease, Applied EPIC, Health Connect)
• Order ID cards and assist with provider searches
• Manage day-to-day communications with clients regarding coverage, claims, and policy information
• Maintain accurate client records in our agency management system
• Work closely with producers, teammates, and leadership to ensure exceptional service
• Stay updated on compliance regulations and industry trends
• Perform additional administrative and client support duties as needed

Qualifications

• Required Licenses:
  • California Life Insurance License
  • California Accident & Health or Sickness Insurance License
• 1–2 years of experience in employee benefits
• Experience with Applied EPIC, Ease, and Health Connect preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to commute to our Redlands, CA office
