About the role

We're looking for a highly analytical and hands-on data scientist to own GTM (Go-to-Market) analytics and insights. This person will have deep expertise in statistical analysis, experimentation, and turning data into actionable business recommendations. If you thrive on uncovering insights, building predictive models, and driving revenue impact through data, this role is for you.

What you'll do

• Design and analyze data to optimize GTM motions across sales, marketing, and customer success

• Build predictive models for lead scoring, conversion forecasting, and customer lifetime value

• Develop dashboards and reports that surface key GTM metrics and insights to leadership

• Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to identify opportunities and answer critical business questions

• Unblock yourself and others through collaboration, clear communication, and diving into the data

• Experiment with new analytical techniques and tools to continuously improve our GTM strategy

What we're looking for

• Strong track record in data engineering and GTM analytics—we value demonstrated impact over years of experience

• Expertise in modern data tools like Snowflake, dbt, Hex and the broader analytics stack

• Comfortable working across the full data lifecycle—from pipeline setup to analysis to visualization

• High agency and ownership mindset—you proactively identify opportunities and drive them to completion

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to unblock yourself and others

• Growth mindset and willingness to learn new tools and techniques

• Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where priorities can shift
