Client Service Representative (CSR)

Pinnacle Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Veterinary Receptionist (Client Service Representative)

We are currently looking for a dependable, motivated, and compassionate individual to join our front office team. Prior veterinary reception or client service experience is strongly preferred. Weekend availability is required.

  • Demonstrate strong ethics and promote a positive, respectful, and team-oriented culture.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a veterinary hospital preferred.
  • Passionate about veterinary medicine and committed to exceptional patient and client care.
  • Able to communicate professionally, provide constructive feedback, and refrain from workplace gossip.
  • Maintain composure, professionalism, and empathy when interacting with patients, clients, and colleagues.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet clients and their pets, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
  • Answer and manage phone calls, text messages, emails, and client inquiries.
  • Schedule appointments efficiently and accurately.
  • Check clients and patients in and out; process payments and handle billing questions.
  • Obtain required records and documentation from clients and outside veterinary facilities.
  • Provide clear, compassionate client communication throughout their visit.
  • Scan paper documents into electronic medical records.
  • Navigate multiple digital platforms (Windows, Gmail, Google Drive).
    • Our practice software is Neo (cloud-based); training will be provided.
  • Provide basic information to clients about services, products, and hospital policies.
  • Assist veterinarians and technicians with administrative support as needed.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and professional front office environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a CSR in a veterinary hospital preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Must be able to work weekends.

Compensation

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Pay Range: $18.00–$24.00 per hour
  • Weekend availability required.
