Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT)
Parkhill Animal Hospital is looking for a part-time Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT)to join our friendly and collaborative team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work, values teamwork, and is comfortable supporting different areas of the clinic to help the day run smoothly.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing excellent patient care and technical support
- Monitoring and assisting with anesthesia and surgical procedures
- Performing dentistry procedures
- Taking and processing diagnostic radiographs
- Supporting the team with reception duties when required
- Providing client education to support pet health and wellness
Qualifications:
- Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
- Strong technical skills in anesthesia, dentistry, and radiology
- Comfortable assisting with both clinical and reception responsibilities
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
