We are seeking an energetic with a positive attitude and team player Front Desk Associate with Med Spa experience to join our team at Revitalife Medical Center for our Manhattan Beach office. As the first point of contact for our patients seeking aesthetic treatments, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.

Responsibilities:

- Greet patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner

- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage appointment reminders for aesthetic procedures

- Check-in patients and update their information in our electronic medical records system

- Collect payments from patients for aesthetic services rendered

- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents

- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area

- Collaborate with the aesthetic medical staff to coordinate patient care and address inquiries or concerns

- Uphold confidentiality and privacy standards in handling patient information

- Create and manage email campaigns to communicate with patients and promote aesthetic services

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in the aesthetic or cosmetic industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Empathy and compassion towards patients seeking aesthetic treatments

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification

Compensation:

Pay varies from $22 to $25 an hour based on experience.

Hours:

2:00 PM - 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday
