Your Career
As a Senior Payroll Analyst, you will ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll in all its aspects in a fast-paced, high- tech environment. In addition, you will participate in projects as assigned to you as and when required.
Your Impact
- Responsible for accurate and timely payroll processing
- Work and monitor closely with payroll service providers to ensure deliverables received on time with accuracy.
- Verify payroll information for appropriate approvals and accuracy for payment.
- Process new hires and terminations ensuring all appropriate documentation and approvals are received.
- Process stock-based compensation received from Stock Administrator.
- Coordinate with various departments such as Human Resource, Compensation and
- Benefit, and Sales Compensation for the accuracy of payroll processing and payroll records.
- Manage all payroll related accounting journals and accruals
- Provide customer service support and respond in a timely manner to employees' inquiries on payroll related issues.
- Organize and maintain all payroll records.
- Ensure compliance to local tax laws and country specific Labor laws.
- Ensure compliance to SOX within all areas of payroll processing.
- Assist on special projects and assignments as and when required.
Your Experience
- Over 5 years of payroll related experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance desired.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and knowledge of payroll policies an procedures.
- Demonstrate ability to handle multiple priorities, work independently, accurately and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrate ability to handle sensitive personnel issues and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Experience on payroll related projects and initiatives

Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected /YR.
