Sales and Hospitality Associate
Purpose

BRAND Napa Valley seeks a professional who is dynamic and polished and is ready to ‘hit the ground' running. Our Sales and Hospitality team, is, in many ways, the face of the winery to our customers and trade partners. As part of the team this position will focus on all aspects of hospitality and event experiences as well as necessary business processes to support order management, tracking, shipping, and communications.
Key Qualifications :
o College Degree (must be 21+ )
o Marketing, hospitality, sales, and/or winery experience preferred.
o Excellent communication skills- both oral and written involving high-level communications with internal and external contacts.
o Knowledge across social media platforms.
o Self-starter with an ability to prioritize workload proactively and expeditiously.
o Detail detail-oriented, highly organized, and have excellent follow through.
o Proven creative problem-solving ability with a demonstrated ability to take initiative, anticipate needs, and exercise sound judgment.
o Fluency in Mac platforms Pages, Numbers, Keynote, MS Office, Microsoft Excel.
o Capable of lifting 40 pounds.
o Open to flexible and extended work schedule.
Sales and Hospitality (including but not limited to):
- Host visitors by appointment and provide a gracious and memorable tour and tasting experience.
- Assist with organizing and executing hospitality activities including but not limited to trade visits, lunches, dinners, charitable, and customer events.
- Setup / tear down tasting room before and after appointments.
Operations :
- General administrative duties in support of sales and hospitality tasks
- Order entry and maintain client records through internal (CRM) systems.
- Co-ordinate and execute order fulfillment across all sales channels
- Assist with inventory management.
Job Location: St. Helena, CA
Hours: Full-time, Tuesday through Saturday.
Pay: $25-28/hour depending on experience.
