Pay Range: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour (dependent on experience and location)

Benefits Offered: Food, Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, Career Growth Opportunities Responsibilities: Lead and inspire the team to deliver outstanding customer service.
Hire, train, and develop the right crew members.
Ensure customer satisfaction during every visit.
Manage restaurant operations, including food and labor controls, sales building, and team development. Qualifications: Prior supervisory or management experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Customer-first attitude with a passion for hospitality.
Experience in similar roles or brands highly desirable, including Habit Burger Grill, Chick-fil-A, Popeyes, Starbucks, Panera Bread, McDonald's, Taco Bell, Burger King, or In-N-Out Burger.
