Field Recruiter (Bilingual Spanish Required) Location: Carson, CA Schedule: 100% Onsite, possibility to go hybrid once settled in Compensation: $30-$38/hr A rapidly growing construction and trades company is seeking a Bilingual Field Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across skilled trades and field-based positions. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, and move candidates efficiently through the hiring process. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for field and skilled trade positions Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates Coordinate interviews and hiring activities Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs Maintain recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system Build and maintain talent pipelines Track recruiting metrics and hiring progress Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process Qualifications Bilingual English/Spanish required Experience recruiting within construction, trades, field services, manufacturing, or related industries highly preferred Experience managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced recruiting environment ADP Recruiting or ATS experience preferred Bachelor's degree preferred
