Product Innovation & Brand Management MBA Intern, DevaCurl - Spring 2026

What you’ll do

Join our dynamic DevaCurl crew as a Product Innovation & Brand Management Intern. You will:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Creative, Sales, Education, and professional stylists to develop innovative curly hair products
• Conduct market research using platforms like Euromonitor, Mintel, and Kline to identify white space opportunities and inform product development
• Translate data-driven insights into compelling product concepts, including formula, fragrance, and packaging ideas
• Assist in the creation of artwork, claims documentation, and other materials required for product launches
• Manage procurement of competitive products, coordinate sample shipments, and maintain accurate master data records

• An MBA student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Data Analytics
• Creative thinker capable of contributing innovative ideas and solutions within a collaborative team environment
• Passion and curiosity for testing beauty and hair products
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with social media platforms
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret data to deliver actionable insights
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Additional information

• This internship is NOT eligible for a housing stipend or relocation support.
  
• The anticipated start date for this internship is January 19, 2026, and the anticipated end date is May 1, 2026.
  
• This position requires you to be available to work ~20 hours/week.
  
• Recruitment for our 2026 internships starts in late August 2025 and runs through early March 2026 or until all our positions are filled.

The salary for this role is $35-$37/hour. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
