This role will be handling infrastructure support (touch labor support for network, telecom, print, server), computer break/fix, and troubleshooting in an in-person setting.

What You'll Do:

• Performs identified Move/Add/Change activity to include all required network modifications.
  • Include moving/adding connection in network closet and terminating port connections at the end location (conference room, desk, office, etc.).
  • Basic network monitoring
  • Sets up and ensures operability of systems and hardware components prior to field deployment.
  • Analyzes failed equipment, performs standard repairs, and tests of components or equipment.
  • Repair and replace data connectors on network cables and data drop
  • Duties include installing, testing, maintaining, and repairing telephones.
  • Perform data termination/ activation in telecommunication closets aka network connect (activation of data drops)
  • Assists with telecommunications equipment and telephone switching equipment related to processing and transmission

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of experience in network connectivity assessment (troubleshooting and setups).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical experience consisting of operation systems such as Windows, Unix/Linux, or Apple.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in providing technical support in an in-person setting

• Possessed project management and strong communication skills
• Ability to provide high-level end user technical support to internal leadership
• Knowledge of Aero IT processes and organizations (or ability to learn quickly)
• General Knowledge of IT including awareness of Hardware, Software, Networks
• Uses software for functional area, to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations.
• Demonstrates excellent Customer Service and ability to communicate with high level leaders in a fast-paced work environment.
• Secret Clearance and Sec+ (helpful but not required)

Additional Information:

• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.

• Possible lifting may be required up to 50 lbs.
• Successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance
