Job Title: ICU RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year of ICU experience required License: Valid CA RN license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, LA Fire Card Must-Have: - ICU level nursing experience - Ability to manage patient ratios of 1:3 - First-timers accepted - Weekend availability required Description: Looking for an ICU RN to work in a progressive care unit. This position requires a minimum of 1 year of ICU experience. Weekend shifts are required, specifically every other weekend. Floating within skillset is required. Candidates must possess ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and a LA Fire Card. No on-call requirements for this position. Locals are accepted; pending licenses are not accepted. Requests for time off must be included at the time of submission. This is a Magnet facility with a total of 377 staffed beds. Interdisciplinary support includes physical therapy, respiratory services, and social services. Patients will include adults and geriatrics with various diagnoses. Daily census averages 280 patients.
