Position Highlights

This litigation team focuses on high-stakes commercial disputes, business torts, unfair competition, contractual conflicts, and select employment and professional malpractice matters. You will work closely with partners and senior litigators, managing cases from inception through trial preparation.

What You’ll Do

• Manage business and commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests, motions, and appellate briefs
• Take and defend depositions with strategic impact
• Argue motions and participate in hearings when appropriate
• Support trial and arbitration preparation, including witness preparation and exhibit management
• Conduct legal research and collaborate on litigation strategy
• Advise clients on litigation posture, risks, and settlement options
• Build strong client relationships through thoughtful communication
• Engage in business development activities as opportunities arise

Compensation and Benefits

• $140,000.00 - $250,000.00
