Indie is also a part of SF Wine Center, a wine storage facility for wine collectors. Part of our duties at Indie is to help members organize and manage their wine collections. What We're Looking For: Server: Enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about wine and hospitality. Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Storage Associate: Able to move and organize wine cases. Attention to detail for storing and inventorying wine collections. Strong understanding of wine labels is preferred but can be taught. Nice to have: Enthusiastic individual with previous management skills. Strong leadership skills to help oversee the team and ensure smooth service. Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: Smooth service: engage with guests to ensure they have a memorable experience and address any concerns or questions they may have. Strong teamwork: everyone helps with serving, running food and drinks, bussing, cleaning, setting up and breaking down the patio. Availability to help with projects as needed: moving and organizing wine cases, take pictures for the online store, assist in miscellaneous marketing projects.
