Salary: $70,304 per year + Commission

Position Overview:
We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate new client relationships and secure long-term security contracts. This is a hunter role focused on outbound prospecting, networking, and relationship building. This position offers a base salary plus commission. Commission details will be discussed during the in-person interview process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Research and qualify corporate and executive-level leads.
• Schedule discovery meetings with senior decision-makers.
• Manage pipeline, activity tracking, and CRM documentation.
• Meet outreach and performance benchmarks.
• Represent VCPG professionally in all communications.
• Provide market and competitive insights.
• Attend networking events and build referral partnerships.

• Corporate offices and executive teams.
• Educational campuses.
• Residential and estate properties.
• Event venues and private gatherings.
• High-net-worth individuals and family offices.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years B2B outbound sales or business development experience.
• Experience selling services (security, staffing, facilities, or similar preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with executive-level presence.
• Comfortable meeting call and email targets.
• CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
