RELEVANT EXPERIENCE OR REQUIREMENTS:
This position will be reporting to the General Services Manager.
Five plus years of high-level administrative assistant experience/background required.
Responsible for planning meetings, writing and filing reports.
Must have excellent written, communication and organizational skills.
Strong multitasking skills, and attention to detail. Knowledge of appointment scheduling, maintaining executive calendars, planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Adobe, and Canva. Strong note taking experience preferred.
EDUCATION LEVEL:
A High School Diploma or GED is required.
5 years of strong administrative experience required.
A College education preferred
GENERAL SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the General Services Manager, this position is responsible for the organization and completion of clerical Admin III duties to the Tribal Council and occasionally may work with Government Affairs.
