- Guest Assistance :
- Greeting guests as they arrive at the pool area and providing information about pool hours, amenities, services and policies.
- Assisting guests with setting up lounge chairs, umbrellas, or other poolside amenities.
- Providing towels and other necessities to guests upon request.
- Responding to guest inquiries and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
- Cleaning and Organization:
- Ensuring that poolside furniture, umbrellas, cabanas and other amenities are arranged neatly and in good condition.
- Monitoring and maintaining inventory of pool supplies such as towels, pool games, and pool toys.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of pool deck including the pool restrooms. Ensuring pool area is clear of soiled towels, trash, debris and glassware
- Reporting any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate department.
- Teamwork and Communication :
- Collaborating with other hotel staff members, including maintenance personnel, and front desk staff to ensure smooth operation of the pool area.
- Communicating effectively with guests and colleagues to provide a positive experience for all.
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
- Refined verbal skills.
- Must have open availability including weekends and holidays.
- Mustbe able to walk and stand for long periods of time.
