The Opportunity

As part of the Software and Product Innovation team you will lead solution architecture initiatives and manage complex IT design projects. As a Director you will set the strategic direction for system architecture, oversee multiple projects, and maintain executive-level client relations while driving business growth and shaping client engagements.

What You Must Have

- High School Diploma

- 8 years of experience in progressive roles leading IT architecture and engineering designs and domains

What Sets You Apart

- Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Programming preferred

- Demonstrating thought leadership in solution architecture

- Managing complex IT design projects

- Setting strategic direction for system architecture

- Overseeing multiple projects with executive-level client relations

- Directing Solution design for cross data domain initiatives

- Driving business growth and shaping client engagements

- Mentoring and developing future leaders

- Promoting technological advances and innovation

- Utilizing pipelines, data flows, and complex data transformations

The salary range for this position is: $122,500 - $504,500, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
