In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping our beverage offerings, overseeing the bar operations, and managing a team of passionate professionals. A competitive salary range of $85,000 - $95,000 annually reflects our commitment to attracting top talent in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage an innovative beverage program that aligns with the restaurant's concept
• Supervise and train bar staff to deliver outstanding service
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the bar area
• Design cocktail menus and create unique drink offerings
• Manage inventory, ordering, and storage of beverage supplies
• Monitor sales and develop strategies to increase revenue
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create pairings that enhance the dining experience

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Beverage Director or Bar Manager in a high-end restaurant setting
• Strong knowledge of beverage trends, cocktails, and spirits
