We run one of LA's most recognized restaurants with a small, high-performing team. Everyone pulls weight, everyone stays busy, and the work shows. We're looking for 2–3 Prep/Dish team members who thrive in that kind of environment.

Morning hours. Home by early afternoon. Guaranteed pay. Long-term stability for the right person.

PAY

• Guaranteed total earnings: $19–21/hr depending on experience.
• Base pay is $16.90/hr. If tips don't bring you to your guaranteed rate, we make up the difference.
• Where you start is based on what you bring. The better you are from day one, the stronger your starting rate.
• For the right person who grows with us over time, the ceiling moves. We reward people who consistently perform, improve, and contribute to the team.

We'd rather pay more to keep someone excellent than replace them.

SHIFTS

• Thursday–Sunday: 6:30 AM – 1:30 PM
• Monday–Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• 2–3 positions available.

THE ROLE

• Morning prep: vegetables, sauces, proteins, and station setup.
• Dishwashing and keeping cleaning cycles moving throughout the shift.
• Keeping the kitchen organized, stocked, and dialed in.
• Supporting the line with whatever the team needs.

• You are experienced, fast, and accurate. You learn quickly and work independently.
• You take ownership of your station and keep it clean without being asked.
• You like being busy. A slow shift is more draining than a hard one.
