REQUIREMENTS

• A passion for creating reliable and scalable applications and a systematic problem‑solving approach, coupled with a strong sense of ownership and drive
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in backend web development with a Node / Typescript / AWS stack or Python / Lambda / SQS for data ingestion
• Interest in developing AI models with customized insights based on market activity and user preferences
• Expertise in working in partnership with colleagues throughout the firm, and in leading collaborative teams to achieve common goals
• Proven track record of collaborating across teams, leading projects, and mentoring junior engineers
