Front Desk Receptionist (Full-Time)

9am-5pm (Sat-Wed)

Villa Redondo is an assisted living community located in Long Beach, CA. We are currently seeking a hardworking, knowledgeable, experienced, flexible receptionist that is willing to learn and help out with other positions at the facility as needed, such as transportation. Qualifications (non-negotiable):

• Able to clear DOJ FBI live scan criminal background clearance mandated by licensing
• Able to pass pre employment physical and TB test clearance
• High school diploma or GED required
• Flexible scheduling. Position may include weekends and holidays
• California Driver's License
• Reception/Office experience preferred

Duties:

• Answers, screens, routes and directs all incoming and internal telephone calls, messages and information, including staff mobile phone calls, walkie-talkies, and emergency calls. Greet, assist and direct residents, guests and vendors.
• Maintain, assist with, or administer: Office files, resident files, marketing materials, admission packets, rosters, menu and database updates, incoming and outgoing mail and services, all logbooks, transportation schedules, etc.
• Oversees, administers and communicates all security and emergency systems and 911 calls.
• Monitor resident activity in front lobby, control flow of traffic, monitor first impression items, and ensure residents unable to leave facility unassisted do not leave without assistance.
• Secretarial and administrative support for Administrator and Coordinators.
• Other duties as may be assigned
