Job Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the planning, coordination, and execution of various events that align with our company’s goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for event management and a keen eye for detail while possessing excellent organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives for events.
- Create detailed event proposals and presentations to secure sales opportunities.
- Coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual requirements.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to ensure the best pricing and services.
- Manage the event budget, tracking expenses and ensuring financial accountability.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote events and drive attendance.
- Proven experience in event sales or coordination, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple vendors and resources.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in using event management software and CRM tools.
- A passion for the events industry and a creative approach to problem-solving.
