This role requires working closely with the design and engineering teams to ensure the successful execution of features from conception to release, while maintaining a strong customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of new product features, ensuring successful execution from idea to release.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to deliver seamless solutions for customers.
• Conduct user research to gather insights, build customer relationships, and prioritize features.
• Analyze customer needs, market trends, and performance metrics to guide product direction.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Drive product innovation with a strong focus on no-code tools and AI-supplemented workflows.

Must-Have Skills:

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS for marketing, analytics, or design tools (not required).
• Proven ability to lead complex 0 1 feature projects in high-growth startups.
• Experience conducting user research and working cross-functionally with stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of customer needs, market trends, and feature success metrics.
• A scrappy, self-starter mindset, comfortable with shifting priorities and fast-paced environments.
• Passion for no-code tools and a strong sense of product ownership.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience building products from scratch that have driven meaningful revenue.
• Familiarity with tools like Webflow , Squarespace , or other visual editors.
• Background in design or technical experience (coding, engineering).
• Experience with marketing tools and low-code solutions.
