Nutrishop Sales Associate

:

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers

- Assist customers in selecting supplements and wellness products based on their fitness goals.

- Knowledge of previous supplements is a plus, but training will be given on our in store products in order in offer additional products to all of our clients

- Promo events at off-site gyms offering services; meal plans , samples, and inbody scans

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

- Social Media presence on our accounts to promote the business, sales, announcements and more

- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions

- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis

Requirements:

-Fascination or personal interest in health and wellness (nutrition)

-Be active in fitness (working out)

-Energetic and not afraid to spark a convo with a stranger

-Open to learning more skills (comes with promotional opportunities and bonuses within seniority)

Skills:

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills preferred

- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong customer service skills to provide a positive experience for customers

- Ability to upsell and promote additional products and services

- Organizational skills to maintain a clean and organized sales floor
