In this role, you’ll serve as the main point of contact between clients, technicians, and the office. You’ll be responsible for overseeing job sites, managing scheduling updates, leading project flow, and ensuring the team executes with excellence.
This is not a desk job—approximately 75% of your time will be spent in the field, acting as the eyes, ears, and voice of the company on active job sites.

- Serve as the primary field-based project manager, overseeing daily operations across job sites
- Act as the liaison between sales, technicians, and clients from project turnover through completion
- Manage scheduling updates with the office to ensure project timelines remain accurate and aligned
- Oversee change orders, capturing client requests and scope adjustments proactively
- Lead client communication and translate technical concepts into digestible updates
- Provide daily reporting and schedule adjustments to the office team

- Encourage best practices, training opportunities, and operational improvements in the field
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in the custom AV integration industry (project management required)
- Strong field experience—able to assess installs, correct mistakes, and provide technical oversight
- Proven leadership and client management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Highly organized and detail-oriented—especially with scheduling and follow-through
- Natural influencer—able to motivate and raise the bar for field team performance
- Open to learning and willing to grow with a company that invests in its team
- Must live within 45 minutes of Sonoma (Napa, Santa Rosa, Marin, or Petaluma areas preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
Benefits
- Company van (pickup at office daily; exceptions for early jobsite starts)
- Gas card
- 401(k) with company match
