Sales Account Manager - Window Shutters Division (Shuttersmart) Location: Montebello, CA (with travel as required)

About the Role: Shuttersmart, a leader in high-quality window shutters, is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Account Manager to grow and support our dealer network across the U.S. This is role combines business development with account management—you'll be responsible for identifying and qualifying new dealers, closing deals, and nurturing long-term relationships. We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running with a background in window coverings and a passion for sales success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, prospect, and onboard new window covering dealers.
• Conduct outreach via calls, emails, networking, and in-person meetings.
• Qualify leads and drive the full sales cycle—from initial contact to signed agreement.
• Present Shuttersmart's product solutions and value proposition clearly and persuasively.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring dealer satisfaction and profitability.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts to drive repeat business.
• Track activities and manage pipeline using CRM software.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless dealer experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years of sales or business development experience in the window coverings industry (e.g., shutters, blinds, shades).
• Proven ability to prospect, close deals, and manage accounts.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-starter with a team mindset and results-driven approach.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
