- Experience : Previous barista experience required.
- Availability : Must be available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
- Abilities :
- Ability to learn quickly and effectively follow both oral and written instructions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a capacity for sincerity, warmth, and building genuine human connection.
