POSITION OVERVIEW :
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with over 10 years of hands-on experience in electrical engineering, project management, and technical oversight. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UPS systems, generator upgrades, preventative maintenance, and photovoltaic projects, with demonstrated experience working in pharmaceutical environments and ensuring compliance with GMP standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Lead and manage Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) projects to ensure reliable power distribution and system redundancy
- Respond to Construction Requests for Information (RFIs) related to equipment installation, including freezers, glasswashers, autoclaves, and room modifications
- Oversee generator upgrades, including control systems and performance enhancements
- Implement and manage electrical preventative maintenance programs to ensure system reliability and minimize downtime
- Operate within a pharmaceutical environment, ensuring compliance with GMP requirements and coordinating with Quality Assurance and other stakeholders
- Manage and maintain medium voltage vacuum breakers, ensuring optimal performance and integration
- Lead the design, installation, and maintenance of photovoltaic systems to support sustainable energy initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Education :
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
Experience :
- Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a strong focus on project management and technical execution
- Proven experience in:
- UPS system implementation and management
- Responding to Construction RFIs for complex equipment installations
- Generator upgrades and control system enhancements
- Electrical preventative maintenance programs
- Medium voltage vacuum breaker operations
- Photovoltaic system design and maintenance
Skills and Attributes :
- Strong understanding of electrical standards and codes applicable to the pharmaceutical industry
- Demonstrated ability to work in GMP-regulated environments
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage large-scale infrastructure projects and meet tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience with automation and control systems
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical electrical compliance standards and documentation practices
- Strong project management skills with experience leading multidisciplinary teams

COMPENSATION:
The expected salary range for this position is $107,000 to $130,000. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
