Physical Therapist

At VibrantCare, we operate under the mantra "One Team | One Vision." We are seeking a high-energy, patient-centric Physical Therapist to implement quality services with minimal supervision. You will develop individualized treatment plans, supervise clinical support staff, and contribute to a positive, energetic atmosphere focused on restoring patient quality of life. Key Responsibilities

• Patient Evaluation: Perform thorough musculoskeletal exams and diagnostic evaluations to identify patient needs and determine medical necessity.
• Treatment Planning: Develop and execute customized, evidence-based treatment programs involving manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neurological re-education, and various modalities.
• Supervision: Direct and supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Physical Therapy Aides, ensuring adherence to the California Physical Therapy Practice Act.
• Caseload Management: Maintain a consistent patient load (averaging 14 patients per day) while ensuring high levels of functional outcomes.
• Documentation: Complete all clinical documentation (initial evaluations, daily notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries) accurately and timely via electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Collaborative Care: Communicate effectively with physicians, case managers (especially for Workers’ Compensation), and family members regarding patient progress and discharge planning.

• Education: Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (Doctor of Physical Therapy preferred).
• Licensure: Active Physical Therapist license in the State of California (or license-applicant status).
• Certification: Current CPR certification.
• Clinical Competence: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform frequent bending, standing, and reaching throughout the shift.

• Experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Interest or experience in WorkSite Solutions (ergonomic assessments, FCEs, and return-to-work programs).
• Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are a plus in certain California markets.
