About the Position

Key Responsibilities
- Provide labor, delivery, and postpartum care to mothers and newborns
- Perform EFM fetal monitoring , triage obstetric patients, and assist with deliveries
- Circulate and recover C‑section patients
- Administer meds including Pitocin, MgSO₄, antihypertensives , etc.
- Start/maintain IVs , manage drips, and administer blood products
- Perform newborn assessments , APGAR scoring, and initial stabilization
- Monitor maternal conditions: fundus, lochia, pain, vitals, PIH
- Ensure safety protocols, documentation, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams

Experience
- 2 years Labor & Delivery RN experience (required)
- Previous Charge Experience: Preferred
- Travel Experience: Not required
- Epic Charting: Preferred
- Must be comfortable caring for baby and delivered mother
Licenses & Certifications
All must be AHA or American Red Cross and in hand at submission :
- CA RN License (required)
- BLS (required)
- ACLS (required)
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) – provider (required)
- AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring (required)
