Location: West Los Angeles, CA (Remote/Hybrid – Occasional Office Visits & Some Travel Required)
Salary Range: $75,000 - $110,000 (Direct Hire, DOE)

Role Overview

Vaco Los Angeles is partnering with a prestigious law firm in West Los Angeles to find a Marketing Coordinator to support and drive the firm’s marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented professional with experience in legal marketing, event planning, content management, and vendor partnerships . The position offers flexibility with remote or hybrid work options , but candidates must be local to Southern California for occasional in-office visits and travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Business Development Initiatives: Assist with preparing pitch materials, award nominations, and client outreach strategies .
• Coordinate Firm Events & Sponsorships: Plan and oversee firm-sponsored events, industry conferences, and networking opportunities .
• Oversee Content Strategy: Manage the creation, organization, and distribution of marketing content to enhance brand visibility.
• Manage External Marketing Collaborations: Work closely with third-party vendors and agencies to execute marketing campaigns.
• Optimize Digital Presence: Maintain and update website content via WordPress and collaborate on SEO strategies to improve online reach.
• Enhance Social Media Engagement: Develop and implement social media campaigns to strengthen brand presence across platforms.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of marketing experience within a law firm required.
• Bachelor’s degree required (Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred).
• Prior experience in event coordination highly preferred.
• Proficiency with marketing tools, CRM software, and content management systems .
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to take initiative in a dynamic environment .
