Looking for Production line, General labor candidates to join the team!! 1st and 2nd shifts available.

Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Bakery Production Workers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves working on the assembly line to ensure that production goals are met efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment in a bakery facility, ensuring proper functionality.
• Assemble products according to specifications on the assembly line.
• Packing and labeling bread and cakes
• Working in warm temperature environments
• Molding the dough
• Making and applying cake icing
• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs.
• Other tasks as needed
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety guidelines.
• Assist with inventory management, including the movement of materials within the warehouse.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and improve processes.
• Other tasks as needed

Experience

• Ability to work effectively in an assembly line environment, demonstrating attention to detail and efficiency.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Punctual and reliable
• Available to work overtime and weekends as needed
