Job Summary:
As an Driving Team Lead, it is your responsibility to execute the safe and efficient transportation of both guests and employees to and from designated pickup and drop-off locations, as well as maintain a friendly and positive attitude every day, with all guests and employees. Job Specifications:
- Expected Pay Range: $23.00 - $29.59 / hour
- Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time
- Skill Level: Advanced
- Other Specifics: Class B CDL with Passenger endorsement is required
Transportation is seeking dynamic individuals with superior guest service skills. Drivers are responsible for the safe operation of commercial vehicles, hosting a timely and enjoyable transportation experience for our guests.
Job Responsibilities:
- Check fluids, tires and general condition before and after each run and keep vehicles clean.
- Install and remove tire chains as needed.
- Safely transport guests while adhering to scheduled routes in accordance to departmental guidelines.
- Ability to operate different types of commercial vehicles in all weather conditions.
- Accurate completion of pre and post trip vehicle inspections.
- Elevate an Experience of a Lifetime to all guests.
- Must be able to share company and resort knowledge with guests.
- Participate in regular safety and employee meetings and complete continuous training provided by company.
- Be knowledgeable in 2-way radio use and various codes.
- Support training as needed by helping new drivers understand our operations.
- Become an expert in your role and lead by example.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Pass MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) check
- Current DOT Medical Card
- Must pass Pre-employment Drug screening
- Valid US Commercial Driver's License, Class A or B with air brake and passenger endorsements
- 5 years prior CDL driving experience
- 5 years prior customer service experience
- High School Diploma
- Read, write, speak and understand English
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
The expected pay range is $23.00 - $29.59. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
