About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to shape the strategy and execution of our identity resolution products within the AdTech and MarTech ecosystem. In this role, you'll focus on developing data-driven solutions that enhance digital marketing capabilities, ensuring businesses can connect with consumers more effectively. You'll define product roadmaps, assess market needs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative identity solutions to life.

This role reports to the Group Product Director and offers a remote-first work environment with occasional travel (approximately 10%).

What You'll Do

Define Product Strategy - Develop a clear vision and strategy for online and offline identity resolution products in the AdTech and MarTech space.
Market Research & Analysis - Assess market needs, analyze competitive landscapes, and identify growth opportunities.
Product Roadmap & Development - Manage roadmaps, pricing, and go-to-market (GTM) strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Voice of the Customer (VOC) - Gather insights from customers and stakeholders to refine product offerings and enhance competitive positioning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with product owners, engineers, marketing, and sales teams to drive successful product launches.
Innovation & MVP Testing - Partner with strategy and data science teams to test new ideas and develop solutions that address market challenges.
Industry Representation - Participate in trade associations (e.g., IAB, DMA) and engage with analysts (e.g., Gartner, Forrester) to strengthen industry presence.
Sales & Partner Enablement - Provide training and support to internal teams, ensuring a strong understanding of product value and market positioning.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of product management experience - with a proven track record of driving product roadmaps and leading cross-functional initiatives.
5+ years of consumer marketing experience, ideally with a strong understanding of identity resolution in digital marketing.
Domain expertise in AdTech/MarTech - experience working with digital advertising, data-driven marketing, or identity resolution solutions.
Excellent communication skills - able to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
Data-driven mindset - ability to use analytics and metrics to inform product decisions.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
