Position Description: ComForCare is hiring individuals with the passion to provide one-on-one care to our clients in their homes. We have an immediate need!

• 4 hr shifts | 12pm-4pm Mon/Wed/Fri

Duties:

• Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes.
• Provide compassionate and personalized care to individuals in need
• Handle meal planning and preparation
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up living areas
• Provide companionship and engage in social activities with clients
• Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate medical professionals
• Document tasks and create care notes for each visit
• Follow all HIPAA guidelines to ensure client confidentiality
• Provide companionship and respite services for the family.

What we're looking for:

• A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
• Nice to have - A state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification required.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Previous experience as a caregiver with special needs clients is a bonus.
• 4 hr shifts | Monday, Wednesday, Friday
• Starting Salary Range: $21-24
