At GetixHealth , we're looking for a Client Services Representative to serve as the essential connection between our client (Dignity Health/Optum360) and our operations team—ensuring top-tier service and meaningful patient experiences.

Position Overview: As a Client Services Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting patients, resolving account inquiries, and maintaining seamless communication between GetixHealth and our client's systems. You'll also supply key support functions to the client's billing office, assisting with account and patient research as needed. Your attention to detail, compassionate communication style, and problem-solving skills will directly impact patient satisfaction and our client's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the liaison between the client (Dignity Health/Optum360) and GetixHealth operations.

  • Respond to inquiries regarding assigned accounts via email, phone calls, and in-person walk-ins.

  • Assist with account management including setting up payment plans, placing account holds, cancellations, and general inquiries.

  • Update and answer account questions within the client's host system.

  • Process patient credit card payments and generate daily reporting.

  • Handle patient credit card refunds and financial assistance application reviews.

  • Investigate and resolve issues related to correspondence, missing payments, or payment posting errors.

  • Perform insurance follow-ups to validate correct self-pay balances.

  • Supply support functions to the billing office and assist with account/patient research as requested.

Pay & Perks:

  • Hourly Pay: $18 to $22/hour (based on experience)

  • Quarterly Bonus Eligible!

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience is required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities

  • Experience working with healthcare accounts or systems is a plus
