Position Type: Full Time; Entry-Level

Office Location: 2372 Gold River Road, Gold River, CA 95670

Hourly Pay Range: $19.00-21.00; Negotiable, based on education & experience.

Schedule: 7:30AM-4:00PM

Paid Overtime Available: There are opportunities to work overtime with approval from management. For any hours over 8 in a day AND for any hours over 40 a week will be paid Double Time.

Want to make some extra money? Participate in the on-call rotation! You have the option to participate in a week of scheduled on-call. You will be paid for all hours, any overtime acquired, and receive double time pay if the call is a new loss. If approved to be on the rotation, you must be available to act with reasonable time for travel.

Core Responsibilities:

• Interface compassionately with clients and transparently relay information to the Project Managers
• Photograph/record areas to document damage to the residence or commercial property.
• Process a master inventory of all the items belonging to the property and evaluate the cleaning or restoration efforts needed.
• Securely package, move, and transport contents to and from the cleaning and restoration facility.
• Perform heavy cleaning, treatments, and deodorizing duties during and post construction efforts to prepare for safe re-occupancy.
• Identify and document items damaged beyond repair.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Must have intermediate computer & technology skills i.e., navigating software, using digital camera, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Outlook email.
• 1+ year working in housekeeping/cleaning, general labor or warehouse experience is preferred.
• Experience in emergency restoration/construction OR warehouse/moving company experience is highly desired!
• Must be able to perform in a labor-intensive role i.e., bending, walking, pulling, pushing, standing, and lifting up to 50lbs for 8+hours.
• Must be comfortable with heights to climb ladders and extremely heat and humidity, or cold weather.
