Now Hiring: Legal Receptionist & Switchboard
We’re looking for a polished, professional Senior Legal Receptionist & Switchboard to be the welcoming face and voice of our office. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys customer service, multitasking, and keeping things running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet visitors and issue badges.
- Answer and route high-volume calls from across the U.S.
- Schedule meeting rooms and maintain calendars.
- Assist with light administrative and PC support tasks.
- Keep phone lists, messaging systems, and office info up to date.
- Support the team with special projects and office needs.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of switchboard or receptionist experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word & Excel.
- A team player with a customer-first mindset.
