Job Summary:

We're seeking a reliable, enthusiastic Full-Time Sales Associate to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who loves interior design, enjoys helping people, and wants to work in a creative, supportive environment. Weekend shifts are required to start.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with product knowledge and styling guidance
• Maintain merchandise displays and keep the store neat and organized
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system
• Replenish stock and support inventory processes
• Meet sales goals and contribute to a positive team atmosphere
• Ensure excellent customer service at all times

Qualifications:

• 3+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred
• Friendly, dependable, and professional attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work weekends and lift up to 25 lbs
• Passion for home décor and boutique retail sales

Store Hours:

• Monday-Saturday: 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
• Sunday: 9:00 AM-4:00 PM
• Closed on major holidays
