- Strategic Purchasing: Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and Material Transfer Orders (MTOs) via the ERP system (experience with SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite is a massive plus!).
- Compliance & Due Diligence: Conduct research, evaluate findings, and make independent procurement decisions, always ensuring compliance with contracts and company policies.
- Problem Solver: Swiftly research and resolve discrepancies related to invoices, packing slips, and fulfillment, assisting with invoice and report reconciliation.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional departments on inventory control, supplier issue resolution, and key sourcing projects.
