MSB Sales Associate

POSITION SUMMARY:
The MSB Sales Associate is the person in charge of promoting Cardenas MSB products and services through excellent customer service, ensuring that all compliance regulations and operation procedures and policies are followed. The MSB Sales Associate's main responsibility is to profitably grow sales of MSB products and services, this includes: a) Welcoming MSB customers, guiding them through the products, answering questions, and making sure customers have a pleasant experience; b) Following the training manuals and SOP's for the department core processes; c) Maintaining the required AML & BSA certifications up to date; d) Recommending related products to increase customers' options and enrich their relationship with Cardenas; e) Conducting and registering the transactions in the POS; f) Being accountable for the sales, cash, transactions, etc. recorded on their behalf. The individual in the role is to continually grow the capacity for efficiency, effectiveness and service, while maintaining company core values.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Operational Excellence

- Promotes all financial services we offer with each customer that visits the store;
- Complies with the Company's manual of policies and procedures as well as, Bank Secrecy Act and Anti Money Laundering Regulations in addition to the Company's transmitters businesses partners
- Must successfully pass an exam on anti-money laundering compliance training with the Company's designated third-party Company. Must attend all AML training assigned by the compliance team.
- Maintain working area and equipment in optimal conditions, report maintenance and repairs needed;
- Operate a computer and process all the financial transactions effectively;
- Understanding of how to operate assigned office equipment and other duties;
- Responsible for the safekeeping of the cash originated from all financial transactions;
- Responsible for providing the highest level of customer service to all our customers;
- Inventories services under custody;
- Maintains supervisor informed of any event that might require his/her intervention;
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma.
- Fluent in Spanish.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledgeable in computer navigation and software.
- Be very attentive and friendly.
- No criminal record.
- Ability to work under little or no supervision.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Confident working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment and exhibit excellent multi-tasking skills.
- Desired but not required:
- Sales experience
- Cash handling experience
- Bilingual: Spanish and English
- Financial Services experience
