Job Title: Experienced Bookkeeper

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping with a minimum of 5 years of experience specifically using QuickBooks. This role requires a high level of accuracy and the ability to manage financial records effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards

- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions

- Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow

- Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting

- Collaborate with other team members to streamline accounting processes

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in QuickBooks is a must

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience, specifically with QuickBooks

- Relevant certification in accounting or finance is a plus
